Terms and Conditions – F1 Movie Screening Event

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your seats for the exclusive screening of F1, hosted by Arnold Clark and administered by SPARK Marketing Services Limited.

1. Event Details

  • Date & Time: Tuesday, 24th June 2025 screenings will start at 7:30 PM prompt (there will be no adverts or trailers prior to the screenings).
  • Venues:
    • ODEON Luxe Edinburgh West, Westside Plaza, 120 Wester Hailes Road, Edinburgh, EH14 3HR
    • ODEON Luxe Glasgow Quay, Paisley Road, Glasgow, Strathclyde, G5 8NP
    • ODEON Manchester Trafford Centre, The dome, Trafford Centre, Barton Dock Road, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester, M17 8DF
    • ODEON Luxe Leeds Thorpe Park, Unit 14, The Springs, Thorpe Park View, LS15 8GH
2. Booking & Seat Allocation
  • Booking is mandatory and must be completed online via the process published in the Arnold Clark app.  You may claim a booking code on the app which will be sent to you with a link to the booking portal.
  • Use the code to access the booking portal.  In order to book your seats you will be required to make a non-refundable charitable donation of £3.00 per booking which will show in your account as being paid to “SPARK Marketing Services” who will hold funds and make the payment to charity.
  • Each booking code entitles you to two (2) seats at the screening which you will be required to select during the process.
  • Spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No gaps may be left between bookings or at the end of any row. Please follow seating instructions closely during the booking process.
  • Seat selection is not guaranteed, and preferred seating may not be available.
  • Once a venue reaches capacity, it will be marked as sold out, and no further bookings will be accepted for that location.
  • Should you need to cancel a booking please contact us at hello@wearespark.com entering “Arnold Clark” in the subject line and sharing your booking reference in your email. 
3. Donation Requirement
  • Each booking is subject to a £3 charitable donation, payable at the time of booking.
  • This donation is non-refundable under any circumstances, including non-attendance.
  • Arnold’s Clark chosen charity is [ enter charity ] and 100% of the £3 payment shall be passed on.
4. Attendance Requirements
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Admission is only valid with a confirmed booking and payment of the required donation.
5. Event Conduct
  • All attendees must adhere to standard cinema rules, including:
    • No photography or filming during the screening.
    • No use of mobile phones once the film has started.
    • Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected at all times.
6. Organisers
  • The event is organised by Arnold Clark and administered by SPARK Marketing Services Limited.
7. Changes and Cancellations
  • The organisers reserve the right to modify event details or cancel the event at their discretion. In such cases, affected guests will be notified as soon as possible by email and all charitable donations refunded.
8. Travel  and other costs
  • The event includes a medium soft drink and popcorn for each attendee.  Details of how to collect those items shall be shared with your booking confirmation, there is no cash alternative.
  • Neither Arnold Clark or their agents or partners (including ODEON) shall be responsible in any way for any other costs you incur by attending a screening including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.
